They should get rid of racist people on Zoom. They should allow people to have diverse conversations. Especially, people with autism need to learn how to deal with diverse individuals.

When I try to upgrade to a 500 participants meeting, I am getting an error stating, 'We were unable to process payment since your sold-to country is ineligible for the country selected.' However, I was using the same payment method that I had used for earlier payments.

Charged twice for annual membership
Zoom customer service has indicated that they will be reversing the charge. I am happy with the resolution and am waiting for the. Credit to post.

They automatically renewed my subscription. I asked for a refund.
I'm still waiting for it. They have not issued it.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach ANYbody for customer service. I have found MANY complaints exactly like mine, yet Zoom does nothing to address the problem.
I have paid for ZoomPRO for many years now, but everytime I get a new phone it appears on Zoom that I have a basic/free subscription.
I have the receipts proving my status but cant reach anybody to help sort it out.
I have several hours per week that are on Zoom, but I keep getting cut off ALL these meetings at the 40 min mark. I NEED 60 min for ALL sessions!!!

Trying but the number is chargeable. So if I can get a contract number which is not chargeable I will be glad.
Resolved: All I want is to resolve reversal of $159.90 of an account I no longer use.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My credit card was charged for an account I no longer use. The charge was removed.
I no longer use Zoom acct. I no longer belonged to the organization, Sonoma Valley Womans Club Foundation.
Please reverse the charge to my Visa account for $159.90.
Advise when I will be reimbursed the above amount.

It's not working
Every time I try to log into a meeting no matter what Google account I'm using my zoom gives me an every message saying try again or contact it.
Tech issues
I tried to get help with sharing my computer audio but i learned that my subscription did not cover getting this assistance. If I am paying money for this service i expect to be able to reach someone who can help me troubleshoot, and not just haaving to resort to the chat box which acannot relplace a human.
Anyway, may just cancel subscription. That will solve my problem.

Scheduled meetings not coming up on log in yo sccount
I was provided no assistance from Zoom.
The problem persists and previously scheduled meetings do not come up under Meetings.

There are autistics that are white that wont let people of color with autism be able to talk and have a conversation and meet with people they are blocking me meeting in person. So I want their zooms taken down and hosts banned from hosting.

Money Transfer problems
A new debit card was issued from my bank here and Peru. Unfortunately, your system would not accept the new card ...
I continued to get the same message that there was an error in the system and that I needed to speak with the bank, which I did and they didn't see any problems. After numerous attempts to make the payment, I finally made the payment with my bank in the USA... it went through without any problems. However, I would prefer not make the payment from the bank in the States.
I believe the problem is on your end and not mine. Hope you get it fixed.
