I do telehealth with a renowned mold illness doctor. He's very expensive.
This tablet is new. I downloaded Zoom, but it simply wouldn't work with the doctor's office. I even had a computer tech check it out. She couldn't fix it either.
I tried to cancel, but I can't get into my account even with the correct information.
They charged me anyway for no services rendered and refused to refund. Use another meeting software rather than this.

Due to the poor transparency during Zoom license purchasing process we didn't know there wasn't any refunds. We ended up buying 2 licenses for a year but now we need to downgrade to 1 license.
After chatting with a Bot (very impersonal BTW) requesting a refund it wasn't even able to answer our questions regarding this issue. Zoom has a very impersonal and frustrating support experience.
Also, tried to follow their "Escalation" procedure and there's no way to find the options they have in their own website, very frustrating.
We're a Nonprofit organization and Zoom used to have discount before via TechSoup. Zoom has gotten pretty Greedy and stop helping Nonprofits while trying to make as much money as possible without being totally transparent with its customer facing online processes.

Billed out of the blue. I have no idea why
We don't use Zoom. A $179 charge appeared on my credit card.
I called them, and they claim that they cannot find an account.
I disputed the charge with my credit card. Credit Card company contacted them and they will not reverse the charge.

I cannot log in to my paid zoom account and cannot get tech support without logging in.
I have an emailed paid receipt from Zoom for m subscription but cannot log-in to the account. There is no tech support, nor ability to cancel the account for a refund, without logging in.

I am being charged each month for something I paid in Feb. For the year
In March or April, I noticed I was being charged one 159.90 for something I had paid for in February, which is a year of zoom. I spent a lot of time on the phone, correcting this and discovered that they had been trying to charge me monthly for something that I paid for in full in February so I said, remove those monthly fees or I will cancel.
The gentleman on the phone saw what the problem was and said he corrected it.Recently I was on a zoom call and my credit card was charged again 159.90. What is going on here??
I dont want to have to cancel. How can we correct this problem?

There are autistics that are white that wont let people of color with autism be able to talk and have a conversation and meet with people they are blocking me meeting in person. So I want their zooms taken down and hosts banned from hosting.

My issue is I'm paying a fair amount for Zoom (something like £144 pa). I have MS and run a small group of people with my condition on Zoom.
However, after 40 minutes, we all get tired and so do not need extra time.

Paying for unlimited minutes as a host, and being timed out by Zoom after 40 minutes.
I have tried to get help from Zoom, but even though I am paying, I get the message that my plan does not permit phone calls. On the Chat, I am just directed to written boilerplate solutions that don't work. Zoom is ruining my business!

Contact History:
Since the second half of 2024, we have attempted to contact Zoom multiple times to discuss the renewal of the two administrative accounts we hold (one for RJ and one for SP) and possible changes to the subscription contract. However, we have not received any response to our attempts.
In 2025, we made further attempts to contact them on January 6th and 7th, but again, without success.
Inability to Cancel Directly Through the Platform:
The platform does not offer a functional option to cancel the subscription, indicating that it is necessary to contact them to proceed with the cancellation, as stated on the platform.
However, despite the attempts described above, we have not received any response.
Additionally, we have tried calling the customer service number in Brazil, also without success.
Communication with Zoom:
When we finally received a response, we were informed that the automatic renewal had already been completed and that, according to the terms of service, any cancellation or changes should have been requested 30 days in advance. This response did not take into account our previous attempts to contact them.
They suggested as a solution only the deactivation of the automatic renewal for the next year but maintained the current charge, even after our attempts to cancel before the due date.
Evidence:
We have forwarded in this email the exchange of messages with the company, which demonstrates our attempts to contact them and the response they provided.
Impact:
Although we continue to use Zoom's services under another subscription profile (more suited to our needs), the improper charges for these old subscriptions generate a significant and unnecessary cost for our organization.
We cannot be held responsible for Zoom not finding evidence that we contacted them.
We provided proof of our contact in September 2024, which went unanswered.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The only way the issue could be resolved was by me hacking into my dead civil partner's computer and closing the subscription myself.
A solicitor, acting on behalf of my dead civil partner, although supplied with a land address for Zoom, refused to do anymore about it and advised the above action. So the money is lost.
My advice is to really consider hard those subscriptions people pay via credit card. I have managed to swap a couple of mine from credit card to ordinary account; others I cannot.
The problem arose because my partner - deceased - paid on subscription via her credit card. It is impossible to cancel such subscriptions.
And until her bank accounts are finally closed, Zoom and anyone else with a subscription via her credit card, can simply help themselves to her money. Zoom Customer Service is terrible.
Just terrible. I am shocked by how poor they are.
I want her money returned.
I want her account closed.
I want that to happen with immediate effect.
